Professional Experience

Floyd P. Haggar is senior vice president and chief lending officer of the bank and has held his current position since 1998. Prior to joining 3rd Fed Bank, Haggar served as senior vice president and senior loan officer at Carnegie Bank in Princeton, NJ from 1994 to 1998; National Bank Examiner at the Comptroller of the Currency in the Northeast District from 1990 to 1994; and vice president and manager of International/Institutional Banking at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York from 1982 to 1990.
