An eStatement is an electronic version of your statement with images available online via our secure site. You can view and print your statement right from your computer, avoiding the wait for traditional mail and ending paper clutter.

Are check images available with my eStatement?
Yes.

When can I view my eStatement?
You can log in to view eStatements at any time! Your current eStatement will be available within two business days after your statement cycle ends. We will send you an email alerting you that your eStatement is ready for viewing. Your previous eStatements are available to you online immediately!

Will my eStatement look the same as my paper statement?
Yes, your eStatement looks exactly like your paper statement.

May I view my eStatement without signing up for online banking?
Unfortunately no. You will need to enroll in online banking so you can receive a login ID and password.

Will I still receive my paper statements once I enroll in eStatements?
No. Once you enroll for eStatements, you will no longer receive a paper statement. You will have the option to try eStatements for 30 days before stopping your paper statements.

How do I only sign up for the 30-day trial?
Simply click on the “eStatements” hyperlink at the top of the “Accounts” page on your online banking home screen. You can access your eStatements for a 30-day trial by clicking on the “Try eStatements Now” hyperlink. This does not enroll you for eStatements permanently – just for 30 days.

Do eStatements automatically stop after 30 days and do I have to resign up if I want eStatements permanently?
After 30 days, the “Try eStatements Now” hyperlink automatically disappears and you will only have the option to sign up for eStatements by clicking on the “Sign up for eStatements Now” hyperlink which will enroll you.

Do I have the cancel after 30 days myself if I don't want eStatements? If so, how do I do this?

I know my password and can log in and get to the eStatement home page but I still can not view my eStatements. What should I do?
First, follow the below troubleshooting tips:
  • What version of Adobe do you have? It must be 6.0 or higher.
Be sure you don’t have 2 versions of Adobe installed. You may have to uninstall and then install the current version.

  • Using Internet Explorer?
Look for the yellow dropdown menu warning under the Internet address bar. Choose ALWAYS ALLOW POP-UPS FROM THIS ADDRESS to see the statements. Double click on the account number again.

  • Statement still won’t open?
Go to TOOLS on the Internet and look for the pop-up blocker and turn it off for this web site only. When finished, click “OK”. Try again.
Who should I contact if I still can't access my eStatement?
If you cannot access your eStatement or if you forget your password, you can call 888-918-4473 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday.
